Kobo Launches Arc Tablet for an Offer Price of Rs. 9,999

Kobo has entered into the tablet market by launching a budget level product. The Kobo Arc was launched internationally in last year but the product was introduced in the Indian market in October 2013. The Arc has a slim design and it features 7 inch IPS LCD display which gives a picture resolution of 1280X800 pixels. It is powered by 1.5 GHz TI OMAP 4470 processor and is paired with 1GB RAM. The device comes in three memory options, 16GB, 32GB and 64GB and the device does not supports external memory cards. The Kobo Arc runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system along with Tapestries User Interface. It boasts a 1.3 MP front facing camera and also has dual stereo speakers with SRS TruMedia sound which offers surround sound feature with good quality. By the specification wise Kobo Arc is an ideal device for internet browsing or e-book reading and also for gaming purposes.
