Kobian which launches
smartphones and tablets with the brand name Mercury has launched another new
tablet Mercury mTab Star in Indian market with voice calling functions. The Mercury
mTab Star possess a 7 inch display screen with 1024X600 pixels screen
resolution. The tablet runs on 1GHz dual core
cortex A9 processor and integrated with MediaTek chipset. It has 512 MB
RAM and 4 GB of internal storage which can be expanded upto 32 GB with microSD
card. Mercury mTab Star operates on android 4.1 JellyBean. Apart from other
models of its class this new tablet comes in a metal case and it has a weight
of 300 grams only.
The Mercury mTab Star supports SIM card functions and is able to make voice
calling and video calling functions. It has a 2MP main rear camera with LED
flash and a VGA front facing camera for video calling functions. It supports
Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Micro USB, HDMI and 3G connectivity options. On the other
side Mercury mTab Star comes with a 3.5 mm audio jack, built in speakers, Flash
11 support and SGX531 3D graphics system. The Mercury mTab Star is powered by a
3000mAH powerful battery.
