The Royal Enfield
officials had announced its launch for the new Continental GT cafe racer at the
end of 2013, during its inaugural ceremony at Oragadam. The framework of this
new Continental GT535 is markedly similar to the 1965 GT250, but it newly
installed with 535cc engine and the whole design is developed by the UK's
Harris Engineering. The bike features low-set clip-on handlebars, a long fuel
tank and a narrow seat which can hold just the rider, though a two-up seat will
be provided as an optional accessory.
