Micromax Launched Canvas Fun A76 with Android 4.2

 Micromax has extended its smartphone product line up by introducing Canvas Fun A76 which is an android handset with 4.2 Jelly Bean. Canvas Fun A76 is listed in the online shopping portal Snapdeal with a price tag of Rs. 8,499. But Micromax has not yet officially announced the launching.

The Micromax Canvas Fun A76 is a dual SIM handset (GSM+GSM) and sports with a 5 inch FWVGA display which has a screen resolution of 480X854 pixels. The device is working on a 1.2 GHz dual core processor and has an internal memory of 512MB RAM. It is packed with a 5MP rear camera and an LED flash. For enabling video calls it is equipped with a front facing camera of 0.3 MP. It includes internal storage of 4GB which can be extended upto 32GB with external memory cards.

The Micromax Canvas Fun A76 operates on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and includes the connectivity features such as 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, EDGE, GPRS and GPS. The phone is powering by a 2000mAh battery.

Few days earlier Micromax’s new phablet Canvas Doodle 2 was listed on online shopping portals with “coming soon” tag. The company has also posted updates about it on its Facebook page. It is expected to officially launch the phone very soon.

The Canvas Doodle 2 features a 5.7-inch HD display with a resolution of 720x1280 pixels. The device is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor. It sports in a 12-megapixel rear camera accompanied by dual LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The device includes 12GB of internal storage, as per Flipkart's listing. The Canvas Doodle 2 runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. There is a 2600mAh battery that can give up to 8 hours of talk time, as per the listing. It is a dual-SIM device (GSM+GSM). Connectivity options include EDGE, GPRS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 3G.
