World’ leading
electronic appliances maker LG has announced a new Android Phablet Gx, which
would be the new flag carrier of LG around the global markets. LG launches this
new device to go in competition with Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and LG includes the
hardware features and dimensions similar to Note 3.
The new LG Gx features
a 5.5 inch IPS display with an advanced picture resolution of 1080X1920 pixels.
LG mounted the device with a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor. The
device comes with 2GB RAM and also possesses 32GB internal storage but it could
not be expanded using external memory cards.
The LG phablet Gx
sports a 13MP primary camera on the rear side with LED flash and autofocus,
while at the front it has a 2.1MP shooter. LG offers the connectivity features
with Gx like 4G LTE (including 2.6 GHz band), HSPA+, EV-Do and VoLTE (Voice
over LTE), Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy, USB 2.0 and NFC (Near Field
Communication).
The Gx operates on
Android Jelly Bean, not sure which version is coming up from 4.1, 4.2 or 4.3.
The handset is also filled with LG’s own software enhancements like Q Remote
which allows one to use device as a physical remote for household appliances.
It is also preinstalled with software like LTE U + Navi, Smart Memo, Media
Time, KnockOn which allows to double tap
on the display to lock and unlock the device.

from LG is packed with a 3,140mAh battery and it weighs only 167 grams. Its
dimension comes to 150.6 x 76.1 x 9.2 mm. LG offers the Gx in black and white
colours and it will be first launched in South Korea but LG does not mentioned
about its availability in the international markets.
