Honda Hits on Indian Roads with limited Edition Brio for Rs. 4.92 Lakhs

Honda India announced a limited edition series of its compact model Brio as a part of booming up its sales at the following festive season in the country. Brio was originally launched in the subcontinent two years back and it could achieve good feedbacks on the country roads. Now Honda celebrates its second anniversary by launching the limited version of Brio for Rs. 4.92 lakhs with a handful of exciting features.

Honda Cars India Ltd (HCIL) brings in this special edition new black interiors and fresh look and feel upholstery. Jnaneswar Sen who is the HCIL Senior Vice President, Marketing & Sales told at the launching event “We are delighted to introduce the new 'Exclusive' edition of Brio with black interiors. It is our constant endeavor to provide freshness to our products and create excitement in the market.”

The new edition of Honda Brio runs on 1.2 liter i-VTEC petrol engine which provides 88 PS power and 109 Nm torque. It will only have a 5 speed manual transmission system to choose and Honda is not planning to launch an automatic version of the gear unit for the exclusive edition of Brio.

Honda could satisfy its customers with the great performance of Brio and was succeeded in keeping their expectations. In the last two years from the launching Honda could sell over 54,095 units across the country. The new limited edition series will possess an exclusive logo of Brio and it will be available in three different colours - Taffeta White, Alabaster Silver and Rally Red. The series also includes the features like door visor, exhaust pipe finisher, back-up sensor and illuminated side-step garnish. The cute Brio will be an added attraction of Honda’s product line up with other sedan models like City, Accord, Amaze and sports utility vehicle CR-V in the country.
