Nokia Launching 6 Inch Smartphone Lumia 1520 with 20MP Camera

In a big step after the acquisition by Microsoft, Nokia is going to launch its first big screen smartphone later this month. Lumia 1520 is already the centre of attraction of many discussions going on the cyber space. Images of 1520 was leaked out earlier and roamed over the internet. Recently Nokia officials have communicated about some of its features and revealed the specification details. They have announced the expected launch date of the device also. 

As expected Nokia Lumia 1520 will have a 6 inch wide display and will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor. It will come with a RAM of 2GB. Its internal memory amounted 32GB and can be extended further with the help of a microSD card upto 64GB. The new Nokia Lumia 1520 will have full HD screen and supports HD video recording and playback functions. Like other models in the Lumia range 1520 also have Windows operating system and Nokia will introduce an updated version of Windows OS in Lumia 1520 which is expected to have a feature of Driving mode for using a handset while driving the car.

By the camera side Nokia phones are their best in the camera features among the other brands and Nokia could attract lots of people alone with the quality of their imaging technology. Nokia Lumia 1520 will sports a 20MP main camera. The device will be powered by a strong 3400mAh power cell. The 1520 will be available three colours-Yellow, Black and White. It is expected that Nokia will release the Lumia 1520 by the middle of October 2013. Nokia has not made any hint about the price of 1520 but mostly it will be around Rs. 35,000

Citing the Nokia officials it is reported that company is almost set to launch a new Windows powered Tablet and is believed that it will also be come to light on the same event. Nokia expected that with the introduction of these new devices they can hit back the market and can attain the third position in the world market by turn down BlackBerry.
