BSNL Launched Trendy 531 Phablet with Champion Computers for Rs. 13,999


BSNL has launched a new tablet cum smartphone, Trendy 531 in India. BSNL released the new phablet, in collaboration with Champion Computers for Rs. 13,999. BSNL Chmpion Trendy 531 is based on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and BSNL offers 500 MB free 3G data plan upto one year with the purchase of every phone.

BSNL Champion Trendy 531 is a dual SIM (GSM+GSM) phone and it comes with a 5.3 inch touch display and it runs on 1.2 GHz quad core processor with 1GB RAM. It also has 4GB of internal memory which can be extended with a microSD card upto 32GB. The Trendy 531 phablet supports connectivity options like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, EDGE, GPRS and 3G. Its main rear camera sports 13MP and there is also a front facing camera of 5MP for 3G applications. The device gets power from a 3200 mAh battery and the details about talk time or standby time are yet to come.

Trendy 531 is Champion’s first advanced Phablet where the company was launched a tablet earlier for Rs 4,899, Wtab 7.2 based on Ice Cream Sandwich.
